The Beautiful Wall
1. We won at softball last night, making us the #3 seed going into the playoffs in two weeks. We started hot (going up 10-1), then stopped hitting, then turned it on again in the last inning. I was 3 for 4. We played pretty well.
2. I love this picture. The wall behind her is a burned out motel room wall. I like the model a lot, of course, but the wall behind her is one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in my life. If I live to be a hundred, I will probably never make any art as beautiful as that wall.
